At South Middle Mushrooms, wellness starts with intention — and for us, that intention began years ago with a single grow tent and a passion for mushrooms.

Founded by Bobby Bernard, a long-time cultivator with years of hands-on experience growing both gourmet and medicinal mushrooms, South Middle Mushrooms was born out of a desire to reconnect people with nature’s most powerful allies. From supplying fresh mushrooms to local markets to now crafting high-quality extracts and grow kits, Bobby’s journey has always been rooted in health, curiosity, and care.

Today, we specialize in dual-extract mushroom tinctures, using traditional methods that draw out the full spectrum of beneficial compounds like beta-glucans, hericenones, and triterpenes. Every small batch is made with precision, using carefully sourced mushrooms — often grown and extracted right here in-house.

We also offer at-home grow kits, because we believe there’s something empowering (and fun!) about growing your own mushrooms — and witnessing their magic firsthand.
